This 20HP air-cooled industrial chiller is developed for these pain points, with targeted optimization in heat exchange efficiency, anti-clogging performance, and temperature stability.
For example, aiming at the problem of easy accumulation of plastic particles in the cooling pipeline of injection molding machines, the chiller is equipped with a high-precision filter at the water inlet. It can effectively intercept impurities, avoid blockage of the mold cooling channel, and reduce the frequency of manual cleaning by 70%.
Powerful Refrigeration to Cope with High Heat Load
The chiller has a rated cooling capacity of 56.2Kw (48332Kcal/h), which can quickly take away the large amount of heat generated during the operation of rubber and plastic equipment.
